Q: Does the filter come with a container?
A: The water pump does not come with a container but is adaptable for use with any type of container, or can be placed straight into a river or lake.
Q: What is the maximum length of the pump?
A: The water pump has three extensions. The maximum length is 1m, which allows the pump to be used with a deep container or from a river bank.
Q: What is the filter capacity?
A: The water pump uses the same Advanced Filter used on our filter bottles, which has a 400 litre capacity guideline.
Q: What type of plastic is used in the pump?
A: All the products use BPA free, non-leaching plastic, and the components inside the Water Pump are made from stainless steel.
New Zealand:
Any order over $65 will be delivered with no courier charge. Any order under $65.00 will incur a $5.95 courier charge. Deliveries can be expected within 2-3 working days. Please add 1 day for rural delivery. All deliveries within New Zealand will be tracked by us through Poste Haste Couriers.
International:
If you wish to purchase products from countries other than New Zealand, a delivery charge of NZD$35 will apply.

Once your order arrives in your country, you may be contacted by the courier company to arrange payment for any taxes, duties, and/or VAT, once payment has been arranged your order will be delivered to your designated address.
All deliveries internationally can be expected within 5-14 working days, providing prompt payment of your countries taxes, duties, and/or VAT charges.
All international deliveries will be tracked through Toll Priority. Upon shipment you will be provided with an email containing your Toll tracking number.
