Delivery

New Zealand Deliveries:

We offer free delivery within New Zealand for all orders over $65.00. All orders under $65.00 incur a flat delivery rate of $5.95. All deliveries can be expected within 3-5 working days. All deliveries within New Zealand will be tracked through Poste Haste Couriers and require a signature.  If you are not at home a card will be left for you to call and reschedule delivery.

International Deliveries:

If you wish to purchase products from countries other than New Zealand a delivery charge of NZD$29.95 will apply.

These shipping charges DO NOT include any taxes, duties, and/or VAT that applies to the country the order is being sent to.

If these charges are applied to your order, they are to be paid by you. Taxes, duties, and/or VAT charges may vary depending on the country.

Once your order arrives in your country, you may be contacted by the courier company to arrange payment for any taxes, duties, and/or VAT.

Once payment has been arranged your order will be delivered to your designated address.

All deliveries internationally can be expected within 10-14 working days, providing prompt payment of your countries taxes, duties, and/or VAT charges.

All international deliveries will be tracked through Toll Priority.
